LabCorp offers an at-home collection kit where you to collect the sample at home and then send it by FedEx it to one of our labs where the actual testing is done. We will send you everything you need in your kit—including detailed instructions—to both collect a sample and ship it back to our lab (including a pre-paid FedEx label).

  • It’s important to follow the instructions precisely, and to send the kit back by FedEx on the same day that you collect the sample. If you do not collect an adequate sample, or you do not ship your sample within 24 hours of collection, our lab may not be able to perform your test. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps.
