Labcorp’s Non-Discrimination in Patient Services Notice

Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings and its subsidiaries (“Labcorp”) complies with applicable U.S. civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, identity or expression, religion, health status, national origin, disability, age, veteran status or any other category protected by law with respect to the provision of laboratory testing services.

Services

Labcorp:

  • Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:
    • Qualified sign language interpreters
    • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
    • Qualified interpreters
    • Information written in other languages

If you need these services, please ask at the Patient Service Center or other location when presenting for services.

Complaints

If you believe that Labcorp has failed to provide services by discriminating against you, you can file a complaint by mail to the Patient Non-Discrimination Coordinator, 531 South Spring Street, Burlington, NC 27215, by calling 1-844-625 -0967 or by submitting an online report. Options are available to display the report form in your preferred language. If you need help filing a grievance, the Patient Non-Discrimination Coordinator is available to help you.

You can also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, electronically through the Office for Civil Rights Complaint Portal, or by mail or phone at U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 200 Independence Avenue, SW, Room 509F, HHH Building, Washington, D.C. 20201, 1-800-368-1019, 800-537-7697 (TDD). Complaint forms are available online.
