We live in a world where social distancing and stay-at-home orders are the new normal; however, patients still need to see doctors, and doctors still need to order critical tests for their patients. To help patients and their physicians navigate those needs in a virtual world, LabCorp is here to help make the process as seamless as possible so that testing can be done in an efficient and effective manner.

We want you to know that for LabCorp patients, that process remains as simple as one, two, three:

  1. Have your physician order your tests online, or patients can shop and pay for their own testing through Pixel by LabCorpTM;
  2. Patients can schedule their appointments online quickly and conveniently; and
  3. Get your results through our LabCorp PatientTM mobile app.

1. Test Ordered

During your telemedicine conference, your physician can seamlessly order lab tests, which you can have collected at your nearest LabCorp patient service center. In addition, through Pixel by LabCorp, you can shop and pay for many routine lab tests online. 

2. Schedule Appointment

LabCorp locations offer online appointment scheduling through LabCorp PreCheck and Express, reducing wait times and allowing you to access care on your terms. LabCorp is dedicating the first hour of each workday for vulnerable patients, as well as our "Wait Where You’re Comfortable" program.

3. get Results

As a registered user of LabCorp Patient, access your test results immediately after they are released. LabCorp Patient is available for free and can be accessed via desktop or mobile device. NOTE: For Pixel by LabCorp tests, results will be delivered to your Pixel by LabCorp account.

COVID-19 Testing Information for Patients

To ensure the health of our patients, employees and the broader community, LabCorp has taken a number of steps at our nearly 2,000 patient service centers across the United States. These steps are consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines on social distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Individuals seeking testing for COVID-19 should consult with their physician or healthcare provider. As a reminder, LabCorp does not collect specimens for COVID-19 testing. Tests for COVID-19 must be ordered, and test specimens for COVID-19 must be collected by a physician or other healthcare provider.
