Worm or segment of worm from urine, stool, sputum, or other clinical specimen
Container
Worms, or portions of them, must be submitted in formalin; the ova and parasite vial (Para-Pak® pink) may be used.
Storage Instructions
Maintain specimen at room temperature.

Improper labeling; dry specimen
