Options include submission of data from the client's proprietary system to LabCorp or the transfer of data from the client's system into a Microsoft Excel file format for entry into LabCorp’s system.

Electronic Account Setup

Electronic account setup enables clients to set up accounts by providing LabCorp with a fixed-length ASCII file containing predefined account information from the client’s database. This process requires the client to cull account information from their database and electronically transfer it to LabCorp. LabCorp, in turn, imports the file and creates the accounts based on predefined, mutually agreed-upon defaults. Once setup is complete, LabCorp sends an email notification to the client including status for each request and the LabCorp-assigned account numbers.

Excel Import Account Setup

Excel import account setup enables clients to set up accounts by providing LabCorp with a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing predefined columns of account information. The client simply completes all required columns in the Excel template and emails it to LabCorp. In turn, LabCorp imports the file and creates the accounts based on predefined, mutually agreed-upon defaults. Upon setup completion, LabCorp sends an email notification to the client containing the status of each request and LabCorp-assigned account numbers.

Statistical Summary Report

LabCorp offers your organization a variety of standard statistical summary reports. Statistical summary reports are available through LabCorp Corporate Solutions upon request. Contact LabCorp Occpuational Testing Services customer service at 800-833-3984 to set up summary reports via LabCorp Corporate Solutions.
