Pratistha Ranjitkar, PhD, DABCC

Dr. Ranjitkar received her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Washington. She further trained in Clinical Chemistry at the University of Washington Department of Laboratory Medicine. She is a board certified clinical chemist with diplomate status through the American Board of Clinical Chemistry (DABCC) and a member of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry (AACC).

Greg Browning, PhD

Dr. Browning earned his PhD in Organic Chemistry at the University of Texas at Arlington. He serves as a discipline director of routine chemistry at Labcorp and is certified as a clinical chemist with the National Registry of Certified Chemists (NRCC-CC).

Dr. Browning also is a member of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry and the American Chemical Association.

Mark Sharp

Mr Sharp has been with Labcorp for more than 30 years. He worked in the routine chemistry lab in Burlington, North Carolina, for 20 years, and for the past 13 years he has worked in the Department of Science and Technology. Mr Sharp’s areas of expertise include instrument interfaces, middleware, remote diagnostic systems, instruments used for pipetting, and automation systems.

Araceli B. Reyes, MD

Dr Reyes is certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology. She has been the Medical Director of the Northeast Division of Labcorp since 2012. She received her Medical degree from the University of Santo Thomas, Manila, Philippines, where she also completed a Clinical Pathology Residency. She completed residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as a Clinical Medicine/Immunopathology fellowship at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York.

André Valcour, PhD, MBA, DABCC

Dr. Valcour serves as either national discipline director of the following Labcorp clinical specialties: endocrinology, allergy, hemostasis/thrombosis and automated immunoassay.

Alex Katayev, MD

Dr Katayev earned his medical degree at the Leningrad Institute of Medicine and Hygiene, Leningrad, Russia. He completed his residency in dermatology and sexually transmitted diseases at Svetogorsk Regional Hospital, Leningrad, Russia in 1983. He completed his residency in Dermatology and Sexually transmitted Diseases at Leningrad Regional Hospital. Dr Katayev joined Labcorp in 1994, moved to Science & Technology in 2007 and serves as Labcorp’s director of clinical science assessment in the Department of Science and Technology.
