Labcorp has finalized an agreement to acquire select assets of the Laboratory Alliance of Central New York (Lab Alliance) laboratory business including patient service centers (PSCs) currently operated by Lab Alliance. We have also finalized an agreement to manage the daily operations of Crouse Health’s inpatient lab operations. To enhance provider workflows and patient experience, Labcorp team members have been engaged with clients to help prepare for a smooth, thoughtful transition that maintains continuity of services for patients, hospitals, clinicians and clients.
