You may make changes by using our Manage Appointment option at precheck.labcorp.com. This method requires that you know the confirmation number plus the first and last name of the patient. You may more easily modify your appointment on the confirmation page that we sent you by email or text. This page already has all of your appointment information, and allows you to pick a new day and time if your plans change. If you need to pick a different location, then you will need to cancel the appointment and make a new one at a different location.
You may schedule a visit up to 90 days in advance. By going through the PreCheck process before you arrive, when the day arrives for your visit, all your paperwork is done. When you arrive, you will just let us know you have arrived and you are ready to be seen with no further verification required.
If your location is LabCorp Express enabled, then you can scan your driver’s license to let us know you have arrived, and that’s it. If your location is not yet LabCorp Express enabled, then proceed to the window and let us know you have arrived. Either way, you can relax and know that your Patient and Health Coverage information is accurately entered and securely stored.
No! Once you go through the PreCheck process the first time and enter your health coverage and contact information, we’ll remember you as a known patient. You will then skip straight through the screens to the summary page; and from there make any necessary edits, or accept and receive your confirmation. After your initial use, it gets easier and faster.
We request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. However, if you are early and we have earlier times available, we can see you sooner. If you arrive later than your appointment time, you will have the flexibility to choose the next available service time.
