Change Management and the Role of a Change Agent

Gail Bromage and Tonia Church will provide an in depth understanding of the change management process and the essential role of a change advocate as a leader who actively supports, communicates, and models change. It will emphasize that effective advocacy begins with clarity of purpose—understanding and articulating the “why” behind change to build alignment and trust. Key points will include using empathy to guide teams through uncertainty, anticipating resistance, and creating open channels for dialogue and feedback.
