Use
Elevated serum MMP9 measured by ELISA is used diagnostically to support detection of invasive and metastatic cancers (breast, lung, colorectal, gastric), unstable atherosclerotic plaque in acute coronary syndrome, active rheumatoid arthritis and severity of diabetic complications.

Collection Instructions
Transfer serum to a plastic transport tube before freezing. To avoid delays in turnaround time when requesting multiple tests on frozen samples, please submit separate frozen specimens for each test requested.
