Routine BD urinalysis tube or urine container of freshly voided random urine
Improper labeling; grossly bloody specimen; specimen with color interference; urine containers without additive nonrefrigerated; urine containers (no additive) more than 48 hours old; BD urine transport tubes more than 72 hours old
Determine the presence of hemoglobinuria
