We currently anticipate that on September 15, 2025, Labcorp will finalize an agreement to acquire select assets of BioReference Health’s oncology and clinical testing services performed for physician practices consisting primarily of hematologists and oncologists and similar services provided to hospitals. This acquisition further solidifies Labcorp's position as an industry leader in oncology, expanding our already extensive portfolio of diagnostic tests in cancer care. Upon completion of the transaction, patients, physicians and customers will have greater access to Labcorp’s comprehensive, high-quality laboratory services, scientific expertise and expanded testing capabilities.
To enhance provider workflows and patient experience, Labcorp team members have been engaged with clients to help implement a smooth, thoughtful transition that maintains continuity of services for patients, hospitals, clinicians and clients.
