Employee Health and Wellness Assessments
LabCorp’s employee health assessment programs offer on-site workplace events as well as remote screenings, and can be customized to meet the needs of your organization’s employee population. Our comprehensive menu of diagnostic and preventive tests can be combined to achieve your employee wellness objectives. Employee safety testing options include drug-free workplace, industrial allergy, and biological monitoring and exposure.
LabCorp, along with its network of third-party vendors, offers comprehensive on-site employee wellness screening events. These events may include, a blood draw for a comprehensive health panel, height, weight, blood pressure, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, colorectal cancer screening, employee wellness education, health coaching, and support services.
For employees who cannot attend an on-site screening event, LabCorp provides biometric screening through select company-owned and operated PSCs. LabCorp’s biometric screening includes height, weight, blood pressure, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI), and blood draw for wellness screening. For employees who do not have access to either on-site or remote screenings, LabCorp offers an at-home collection kit. Our Lab-in-an-Envelope® program is a cost-effective alternative when access to phlebotomy services may not be an option.

Lab-in-an-Envelope uses dried blood spot specimens that the employee collects at home. Each Lab-in-an-Envelope kit contains all the items required to collect, prepare, and mail the dried blood specimen to the laboratory via US mail.

Health and Wellness Data Management
LabCorp offers a variety of solutions for the collection and management of the data that drives employee wellness initiatives. We provide participant and aggregate reporting options.
LabCorp’s connectivity solutions afford clients flexibility and range from easy-to-use, web-based applications to sophisticated integrations. We have the flexibility to mix and match connectivity solutions to provide efficient and effective communication between LabCorp and the physician’s office. LabCorp integrates with numerous electronic medical record systems (EMR) and practice management systems (PMS). In many instances, LabCorp can install a bridge to automate the transfer of your current patient demographic information. Through this bridge, LabCorp and your system can efficiently exchange clinical test order and result information.
Additional Testing Options
Biological monitoring and exposure testing: LabCorp offers a comprehensive menu of biological monitoring and exposure testing conducted in our OSHA-certified laboratory. These tests are designed for monitoring workplace exposures to toxic metals and chemicals, including lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium, as well as benzene, toluene, PCBs, halogenated hydrocarbons, and chlorinated pesticides.
Industrial allergy screening: Reactions to latex, adhesives, or chemicals can result in employees who cannot work at full potential, increased absenteeism, and additional health care expenses. LabCorp’s industrial allergen testing can assist in identifying allergies to prevent lost productivity and allergy-related health care costs.
Drug-free workplace testing: LabCorp understands that a healthy, productive workforce begins with a drug-free workplace. Our comprehensive menu of laboratory-based and rapid substance abuse test options is designed to meet the needs of most workplace testing programs.
