Introducing the Delivery Director

The Delivery Director role is a key component of the Labcorp Drug Development Operating Model for clinical trials. One is assigned to each trial and is a senior leader who improves the delivery through experience, insight and connections within the business. They empower the project leader to enable delivery in alignment with the key performance indicators agreed upon with our sponsors.
