Dr. Kashlan is an experienced Senior Medical Director with a demonstrated history of adaptability and cross-functional team leadership in the healthcare industry. Through various roles in the academic healthcare setting, esoteric lab services, and in clinical research, he has earned a reputation as a credible and trustworthy physician, clinical pathologist, principal investigator, educator, mentor, and leader.
Dr. Kashlan completed his post medical graduate residency training from University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology for which he is board certified. His fellowship focused on Clinical Transfusion Medicine and Immunohematology from The University of Connecticut Health Center. He is licensed to practice medicine in California, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Louisiana, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and New York CQ holder in multiple disciplines in laboratory medicine.
