Building Better Balance

At LabCorp, women contribute and lead at all levels and in every department of the enterprise. By observing International Women’s Day, we celebrate their accomplishments and abilities. In doing so we also help pave the way for more women to pursue their career goals, to feel pride in their achievements, and to come to work each day eager to take on new challenges.

Even as we celebrate International Women’s Day and support its theme of #balanceforbetter, we recognize the need to do more to create better balance. We acknowledge that balance can take many forms: gender balance, economic balance, work-life balance. And we are striving to create an environment where each person can achieve their professional goals and career aspirations.
