Collection

Serum or plasma must be separated from cells within 45 minutes of venipuncture.

High-pressure liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC/FL).


Reference Interval

Steady-state plasma concentrations of escitalopram in patients receiving recommended daily dosages: up to 60 ng/mL
