Initial presumptive testing by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) at a testing threshold of 10 ng/mL; presumptive positives confirmed by definitive liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) at a testing threshold of 10 ng/mL
