Email "At Lab" notification provides clients with an encrypted email containing the status of all specimens that have been received into the testing laboratory for any combination of the client's accounts.

DailyLOG Report

DailyLOG is a daily, automated fax report providing a comprehensive status summary of samples received at the testing laboratory for a 24-hour period.

  • Client-specified single or multiple account reporting
  • Client selection from two time scales:
    • 8:00 AM Eastern time prior day to 8:00 AM Eastern time current day
    • 2:00 PM Eastern time prior day to 2:00 PM Eastern time current day
  • Multiple data sort options

Turnaround Time Report Spreadsheet

The turnaround time (TAT) report spreadsheet contains a list of specimens received into the laboratory for a specified date range and the time frame in which each was reported. Testing turnaround time is calculated using a 24-hour clock from the time the specimen is received into the laboratory until the final laboratory result report is released.
