Media Statement: LabCorp Continues to Reduce Delivery Time for Test Results While Increasing Testing Capacity
Reducing the time it takes to deliver test results to ordering healthcare providers has been a priority for LabCorp. Based on current testing volumes we are now able to deliver test results on average between 1-2 days from the date of specimen pick up. The company has also further expanded its COVID-19 testing capacity to 55,000-65,000 tests per day assuming adequate supplies.
