What We Support

LabCorp recognizes its responsibility as a corporate citizen in the communities it serves. The company supports programs and activities that benefit its customers and employees. Corporate contributions are awarded to nonprofit organizations that inspire education and learning, promote health and well-being, and increase access to the arts​.

Employee Giving Campaign supports local efforts by the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, United Way and the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

LabCorp generally does not contribute to the following:

  • Individuals or families
  • Capital campaigns; construction or renovation projects
  • Political campaigns or candidates
  • Fraternal organizations
  • Individual or team sports; sports clubs, activities or events
  • Churches and other religious organizations
  • Incentive or reward programs
  • General operating support to hospitals and health care institutions
  • Individual sponsorship related to fundraising activities
  • Door prizes, gift certificates or other giveaways
  • Organizations not meeting the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
  • Schools for advertising in yearbooks, souvenir programs, or other special occasion publications
  • Organizations that deny service, membership, or other involvement on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender, identity, national origin, citizenship, veteran or disability status.

Employees raised money to help families staying at theRonald McDonald House by “sporting” a shirt. Shirts were also sponsored by LabCorp.

Donation of stockings filled with toys and books for local children to the Salvation Army.

Employees collected school supplies to help local students with the tools they need to be successful in school. LabCorp also sponsors this program.
