In our continuous effort to provide the most technically advanced genetic testing available and to maintain the highest level of quality and service, LabCorp is pleased to offer the following identity testing options and provide the following fee schedule information.
*Individuals may request paternity testing on their own behalf.
There is no additional charge for specimen collection.
LabCorp provides testing that may be used in legal matters
Parentage Testing Fee Schedule
DNA Paternity Panel (average power of exclusion >99.9%) (Mother, child(ren), alleged father(s) with routine (blood or buccal) samples)
$210 per person
Family Study (alleged parent unavailable)
$210 per person
Special Handling Cases (deceased party or a non-routine specimen) ( with Mother or child(ren) or alleged father(s))
$325 per sample
Additional Fee for STAT Testing (5 working (M-F) days)
$200 per person
No-Show Fee (if appointment is missed without 24-hour notice to LabCorp)
$50.00 per case
Reactivation Fee (specimens already tested are retested with other parties)
$90.00 per specimen
Cancellation Fee (test may be canceled only if specimens have not been collected)
$75 per case
Discovery Response
$100.00 per hour or portion thereof
Expert Witness Testimony
$990.00 per day or portion thereof plus reasonable travel expenses
*All testing done in the State of New York must be court- or physician-ordered. The original test results will be forwarded to the ordering physician, attorney, or court.
