Browser-based LabCorp Communications Manager (e-LCM)
Identical to the non browser-based LabCorp Communications Manager from a look-and-feel perspective, e-LCM uses the Internet to link the physician directly to LabCorp laboratories. This link is available at any time and from anywhere that the physician has access to the Internet.

How to register for e-Results
Please contact your local LabCorp representative to obtain access to e-Results. LabCorp will provide each account user a unique ID and password. Each account user will have access to e-Results once the user has accepted the on-line agreement.

Electronic Data Interface (EDI)
Electronic Data Interface provides the ability to electronically submit orders to LabCorp and receive results from LabCorp through an interface with existing Practice Management Systems (PMS), Office Management Systems (OMS), or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Using EDI, LabCorp and your system can efficiently exchange clinical test order and result information.

LabCorp has bi-directional and uni-directional interfaces with many vendors and software products.
Bi-directional interface - electronic submission of test orders to LabCorp and the electronic receipt of lab results from LabCorp.
Uni-directional interface - electronic transmission of test result information from LabCorp The uni-directional EDI allows you to receive, store, and print test results; however, electronic test ordering is not available with this option.

Fax Delivery of Reports
LabCorp delivers patient result reports to a secure fax machine in your office.
Teleprinter Delivery of Reports
LabCorp delivers more than 30,000 patient results each day to teleprinters. A teleprinter is an effective and convenient reporting method that enables the physician to schedule one or more delivery times a day for result reports. This allows the physician to choose the schedule that meets the needs of his/her practice or facility.
ABN OnDemand
LabCorp’s ABN OnDemand is a Web-based tool that allows clients the ability to generate an Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN). The application will prompt for certain user information and generate an ABN, if required, based on the test code(s) and ICD-9-CM code(s) submitted.
